Process (Police) Viewer is Dallmeier software that resides in each Dallmeier Wavelet machine, which can freely be downloaded (copied) and used to playback any footage recorded in Dallmeier's wavelet format.
This is a 1 MB executable file which can be started from a CD without installing it.
When Wavelet footage is exported (burned) onto a CD Process (Police) Viewer can automatically be added to it so that Police can play it directly from the CD.
The Process (Police) Viewer shows all the relevant details of the exported footage, including the serial number of the machine it was exported from, the time, date, and camera name and number.
It is also possible to make some basic image manipulation, such as zooming, sharpness, brightness and contrast enhancement, as well as privacy blocking.
When any such manipulation is made the indicator "Modified" comes up on the screen. When originality needs to be proven an image without "Modified" text can be printed to confirm this. |
